Make-up Program

Friday Make-up Classes

To accommodate the sometimes inevitable absence, we offer one make-up per session. Make-ups are held on selected Fridays of each month. Make-up availability is limited, we cannot guarantee that a slot will be available. We therefore recommend reserving a timeslot in advance.

Make-ups Not Combined with Regular Lessons

We believe it is very disruptive to your child’s learning progress to add new students, at varying levels, each week to your existing class. In addition, to ensure a high quality experience, we will never exceed our maximum class sizes. Therefore, make-up students will not be added to regularly scheduled lessons.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to Session Starting:
Cancellations made one week prior to the session start date will receive a full refund. Refund Checks will be mailed within 6–8 weeks. We can place the refund on the credit card less a $10 processing fee.

After Start of the Session:
Cancellations 1 week prior and during the session will be charged for lessons concluded and a $25 cancellation fee per child. A computer credit will be issued toward future lessons.

Class Cancellation and Teacher Requests

We reserve the right to cancel or combine classes. Teacher requests can be made but are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to switch teachers at anytime prior to the session or during the session if needed.

Confirmation of Online Registration

We do not send out any confirmation letters. You will be placed into the class you registered for unless you are contacted by us.

Diapers for Infants

For the safety of all our swimmers and instructors, we require that any child who is not toilet trained wears a polyester swim diaper. We do not allow disposable swim diapers or standard diapers in our pool. Your child will need to wear a polyester swim diaper that is sold at the swim school, or one comparable to it.

** There are no refunds, make-ups or cancellations for Summer Camps or One-on-Ones, no exceptions.

*** No make-ups, refunds or credits for private lessons. Space is very limited in these programs. Class times can be changed if alternate times are available.
